We stand behind our products with our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. We are dedicated to your total satisfaction with your order.

Ensuring that you receive exactly the coins that you want is a two-way partnership between Wholesale-ChallengeCoins and you. We count on you to provide us with correct, timely information so that we can successfully fulfill your order. These responsibilities, as defined below, are our terms and conditions of sales. Wholesale-ChallengeCoins Responsibilities:

Standing Behind What We Sell:

As noted above, everything we sell is covered by our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If you find any coin you order from us to be defective in either materials or workmanship, we will gladly replace it at no additional charge to you.

Providing You With Accurate Information:

Before production of your coins begins, we will email you a free digital proof of your design. This will be an artist’s rendering of the product you’re ordering. This proof is your opportunity to make any changes you wish before finalizing your order.

Sending You An Order Confirmation:

Once we receive your return email approving the design proof, we’ll email you a separate order confirmation. This will include all details of your order, including type, size, quantity, colors and anticipated date of delivery. This will be your FINAL opportunity to make any further changes to your order.

Producing Your Coins As Ordered, And On Time:

After you approve both the digital proof and the order confirmation, we will manufacture your coins, typically in about 10 to 14 working days. Then we’ll ship them to you via Air Freight at no additional cost to you, directly to the address specify.

PLEASE NOTE: We will do everything we can to deliver your custom coins in a timely manner. However, Wholesale-ChallengeCoins DOES NOT guarantee a delivery date of any custom coin order between May 1 and July 31 of each calendar year. You are responsible for ordering your custom coins in a sufficiently timely fashion to avoid possible delays due to circumstances beyond the control of the employees of Wholesale-ChallengeCoins and/or our manufacturers and affiliates. Furthermore, please be advised that once your order is placed, it cannot be cancelled for any reason. To reiterate: Our production time guarantee does not apply during the peak period as stated above.

Wholesale-ChallengeCoins makes no delivery time guarantee whatsoever for any challenge coins ordered within the time period stated above.

International Shipping

We do ship international orders; however, these orders will be subject to applicable shipping charges based on both order quantity and location. International customers are solely responsible for any customs and duty fees for orders delivered outside the United States.

YOUR Responsibilities:

Legal Ownership Of ALL Logos, Trademarks And Copyrights:

When you submit your design to us, you warrant that you hold the legal rights to reproduce, or have reproduced, any and all images or logos associated with your coin order. You also warrant that reproduction of any images you submit does not infringe upon the rights of any other company or individual.

CAREFULLY Reviewing The Proof We Send You:

When you receive the free digital proof of your coin design, please review it in detail. Pay close attention to the design, color and spelling and grammar. After you review the proof and make any needed changes, email it back to us. That tells us that you approve every aspect of the design.

We will require your written approval – via email or fax – for any changes in design or quantity, before production begins. Because your coins are custom-made to your specifications, once production has started, we are unable to change a design or quantity in any way whatsoever.

Please Note: We use the Pantone® PMS color matching system. Because colors vary between computer monitors, it is very important that you specify your color choices using Pantone PMS numbers. Pantone PMS color books are available at most art supply stores and some libraries. To enable easy verification of your design’s PMS colors, we will list all PMS numbers for your design on the bottom of your proof. For more information, visit www.pantone.com.

CAREFULLY Reviewing Your Order Confirmation:

After you email or fax your proof back to us with your approval, we’ll send you a separate order confirmation. Once again, please review all the information on it carefully. This will be your FINAL opportunity to make any changes before production begins. If everything on the confirmation is correct, return it to us and we will start production of your coins. NOTE: Once we receive your approval and confirmation, your order may not be canceled for any reason.

Giving Us Correct Billing And Shipping Information:

For most items, we will produce and ship your order in about 10 to 14 working days (subject to the peak season limitations listed above). We cannot be responsible for delays in shipping caused by inaccurate address information, U.S. Customs procedures, the misrouting of your package by shipping companies, or undeliverable shipping addresses.

Production delays caused by declined or refused charges on credit card transactions will increase the time it takes to receive your finished product.

Legal Details:

All orders are FINAL.

Because you are ordering a custom-made product, all sales are final. Once an order has been finalized by your approval of the confirmation email, it may not be canceled for any reason. Wholesale-ChallengeCoins does not issue refunds. We will, as described above, replace any coins found to be defective in either materials or workmanship.

In the unlikely event that a legal dispute arises, you agree that the venue for such a dispute is Marion County, Florida, USA. If that dispute pertains to the illegal use of copyright or trademark infringement, you agree to defend the claim at your sole expense. You agree to hold Wholesale-ChallengeCoins harmless in such a lawsuit or proceeding. You agree to pay any damages and costs assessed against Wholesale-ChallengeCoins as a result of such a lawsuit or proceeding.

Every coin shown on our website which contains corporate logos or registered trademarks is displayed only to illustrate the reproduction capabilities of Wholesale-ChallengeCoins. Purchasing merchandise from Wholesale-ChallengeCoins does NOT in any way, shape or form give you permission to reproduce any logos or trademarks, nor does it transfer, grant or lease ownership of any logos or trademarks to you.
